OK, as you probably know I normally caution against going with the cheapest option:  quality, reliability, talent, equipment, long-life albums etc.
 
But, this situation is a little different, you’ve got someone trying to get into the wedding market and hence offering very low price (or even free).   They have been up-front about it – which is a plus in my opinion, not all newbies will tell you.

You know that I shoot a generally natural style, with some posed elements along the way, but that’s not to say that we can’t plan the day and the photography to make the most of all opportunities.

Copyright – the right to produce copies – sounds straight forward and it sort of it is, but nevertheless it is also a bit mis-understood by couples and photographers.
 
So, here’s the simple version:
 
COPYRIGHT ALWAYS BELONGS TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER
 
Except under special circumstances, when the photographer takes a photograph the copyright automatically belongs to him or her.  No ifs, buts.
 
This means you cannot make any copies of any photographs you receive without their permission.   This includes prints, but also computer copies, facebook profiles, anything.  You cannot reproduce any image without permission.
