Katie and Olivier – The 6 Week Wedding

7 September 2009 15 views

When Katie and Olivier first came round the studio I thought the date they were talking about was for next year. But no, it was in 5 weeks time!

Olivier had proposed last week, they were getting married in 6 weeks, no messing about, oh and by the way we’ll be on holiday for a couple of weeks in between. And it includes all of Oliviers family from France.

And they certainly did, and they certainly put on an incredible day as well. This was a better organised, planned and complete weddings than many that have taken years to put together.

The venue was St. Aubries near Minehead. This is a terrific venue and one of the best I’ve ever worked in. Photographically it’s brilliant (and it’s a good wedding venue too!). Katie found them on a last minute weddings website and was able to secure a really good price for the day.

The highlight for me was Olivier’s speech. He is a rubgy player, restauranter and french. With his wonderful french accent he declared his love to Katie, how he would protect her, look after her and love her for ever.

Let me tell you, all the women wanted him after that, and I must admit – I would have had him as a husband too!
